Any activity which is offered privately for the main booker and his group only.
- In case of a reservation cancellation up to one month prior to your booking: full refund guaranteed.
- In case of a reservation cancellation up to one week prior to your booking: 75% of the full amount will be refunded.
- In case of a reservation cancellation one week or less prior to your booking: No refund.
Public activities:
Any activity which is offered as a part of a public group (joining a group of individuals).
- In case of a reservation cancellation up to 48 hours prior to your booking: full refund guaranteed.
